Description
The American Diabetes Association invites you to two events in one - our 2010 Northwest Arkansas Tour de Cure/Step Out. Join us on October 16th to ride, run, or walk in the fight against diabetes. The event includes a 100 mile, 50 mile, 20 mile rides and 5k run/walk followed by a family health festival featuring fun, food, and entertainment.

Registered Users
Once logged in Registered Users will have access to the following new menu links in the User Menu above:
- Registered User Profile (change email address and password)
- Logout
- Unregister from Site
- Submit Your Bicycle Event
- Upload Your Photos
- My Blog Dashboard (start your own blog)
- Personal Mailbox (communicate with other Registered Users)
You will also be able to post to the Forum and comment on any News and Blog article.
Events Help

You must be a Registered User to add an event.
- Once logged in go to the Events main page and click on the calendar icon at the top. Alternatively you can click on the Submit Your Bicycle Event link in the User Menu in the left sidebar.
- Fill in all pertinent information in the form.
- Make sure you select the appropriate category.
- Click the Submit button and your event will be added immediately.
If you are interested in leading a recreational ride, please post it the Forum (you must be a Registered User to post).
- Log in and go to the Forum.
- Scroll down to the Urban Rides category.
- Note the suggestions for what info to post.
- Click on the city you will be riding in (contact me if your city is not listed and I will add it).
- Click on the New Thread link.
- Fill in the form and click the Submit button.
- All posts will be added immediately upon submission.
